This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. 9.1. No waiver by the Company of any breach of this Agreement by the Client shall be held to be a waiver of
any other or subsequent breach. All remedies afforded in this Agreement shall be taken and construed as
cumulative, that is, in addition to every other remedy provided herein or by law.
9.2. The failure of the Company to insist on strict performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement
shall be deemed a waiver of the rights or remedies that the Company may have regarding that specific instance only
and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of default in any terms and conditions.
The Web Carvers is primarily a design service and design consultancy provider. We will design and develop
the services that the client needs. On occasions, our packages and services purchased will include technical
aspects to help the client with their websites and emails. The Web Carvers will provide the client with the
basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services works.
The Web Carvers will not be responsible for providing detailed training or installations of said services
on the Customer's end. Such services may include but are not limited to:
Website Deployment
The Web Carvers will deploy the website for the customer on A Hosting server provided by us.
Hosting Service provided by The Web Carvers is a free service provided to the client as an added
feature without any cost. It is acquired from a Third Party Service provider.
A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
In the event the website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer,
Web Carvers will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.
There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and The Web Carvers in terms
of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.
Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)
The Web Carvers will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).
The Web Carvers will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System).
Emails Setup
The Web Carvers will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
The Web Carvers will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
The Web Carvers will not be held responsible in any way for the customer's failure to execute, install or learn the usage
of above said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer's end.
All Feedback requests or Revisions Requests, Refund Requests, or any other instructions that pertain to the order
need to be done through the OctaGroup Design Services Design Utility Account platform in order to be considered official.
The Web Carvers will not be responsible for any communication done via any platform other than OctaGroup Design
Services Design Utility Account or any phone numbers not provided by us or given on our official website.

are to be only
considered forms of valid communication.
We are not responsible for any damages, issues, or delays caused due to contacts made through means
of communication not provided by us.
We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.
We rework the ordered design and keep on revising it until you are 100% satisfied (depending on your package).
Domain and hosting will be provided for free with website packages, where applicable.
All the email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third-party email soft-wares such as Outlook.
Each email account will have 10MB of space.
If you are not hosting your website with us, we will not provide email accounts.
All design order files are delivered to My Account per the date specified in the "Order Confirmation".
